Hucksters is an independent, hand-crafted database that exposes the people behind brands, domains, and events. Rather than allowing users to modify profiles however they please, the team behind Hucksters manually adds and updates every single listing to ensure an extreme level of accuracy and transparency. With this approach, the project aims to name-and-shame spammers and scammers, connect dots between people and products, and shed light on fraud, corruption, and censorship with the goal of reducing it (even a little bit).
Please note that the vast majority of people listed on the site should not be suspected of any foul play, since it also functions as a business directory. In many cases, “legitimate” business people must be identified before we expose shadier fellows.
