I welcome members of the public to contact me for any reason unless you fall into one of the categories below. If you are an activist or journalist working to expose fraud or corruption, I especially welcome you to contact me (my email is encrypted*).

• Clients. If you’re already my client, please contact me using the platform where we have a legal/financial relationship, unless you have a general and unrelated issue to discuss.
• FOSS Users. If you’re a user of one of my free software products for WordPress or Ubuntu, please do not contact me with your support questions. Instead, open an Issue on GitHub, or join the relevant community (e.g. LittleBizzy Membership, etc).
• Spammers. Please do not contact me to “sell” me something for any reason, or add me to your email newsletter, unless we have exchanged emails previously. If you repeatedly harass me, I may choose to publicize your behavior. This includes anything related to SEO services, guest posts, or leadgen spam…
